Technical Specifications
- Upper Framework: For the protection of the rolling shaft and motor, it is made of zinc-plated steel or, upon request, stainless steel INOX304.
- Guidelines: The entire modular door construction is self-bearing and is fitted with airtight rubber and nylon brushes in the aluminum extrusion professional complete power coating. Any RAL color can be powder coated on it.
- Curtain: A broad variety of standard colors can be manufactured for the curtain, or it can be customized with our customer’s logo. The curtain is non-tear flexible and fully coated in polyester with a 900gr/sqm coating. It also comes with a tubular metal retain forcement.
- Cross Bars: Powder-coated aluminum extruded profile with modular design.
- Rolling Shaft: High traction resistance in zinc-plated steel or aluminum upon request.
- Safety Device :- In case of power failure : handle on the motor unit or, at
customer request, chain pull attachment. - Drive Unit :- Motor installed directly on shaft consists of a self- breaking motorized reduction group IP 54 with rotating limit switch voltage 3- 400/50HZ, voltage 1- 230/HZ VAC with onboard frequency converter for speed control. Electronic limit switch .
- Control Unit :- IP65 with microprocessor
